Our civic engagement activities include voter education about ballot measures and the voting process, voter registration, and engagement with local legislators and governing bodies.

Additionally, in 2025, Mother Africa is strengthening its focus on policy and advocacy and systemic change. 

Key priorities include:

• Community-Based Organizing: Empowering local leaders to take collective action on critical social, economic, and racial justice issues.

• Grassroots Leadership: Amplifying the voices of those directly impacted to ensure they shape the solutions that affect their lives.
