For pregnant moms or mothers of children under the age of 5 years who live in King County
This program is for pregnant women or mothers of children under the age of 5 years who live in King County and are having children in the US for the first time. We provide advocacy and support for moms to help bridge their cultural way of life with systems for raising their children here in America. Our 5 Support Sisters speak Swahili, Arabic, French, English and Dari, and provide support to their respective communities through monthly moms meetings, quarterly dads meetings, mobile advocacy, and flexible funding to help meet basic needs in the time of COVID-19.
